THE CLUB – PREMIER MEMBER - Schedule

 

This THE CLUB – PREMIER MEMBER – Schedule is in addition to the Yoogo Share Limited Private Member Agreement – Terms & Conditions. All terms of the Private Member Agreement apply unless inconsistent with any provisions of this schedule.

 

1.0 SUBSCRIPTION

You confirm your understanding that you will be charged for a four-week recurring booking in advance, that will be processed at (or around) the time of your booking request. 

 

2.0 BOOKINGS

To make a booking you must:

1.    Be a Registered Member of Yoogo Share and have a Yoogo Share Access Card

2.    Have a valid payment method uploaded into your Yoogo Share profile

3.    Confirm this subscription within the confirmation email sent to you after signing up

 

3.0 VEHICLE GUARANTEE

Yoogo Share will guarantee you access to a Yoogo Share electric vehicle every weeknight (Monday to Thursday) from 4.30pm to 9.00am the following day, and for the weekend from Friday 4.30pm until Monday 9.00am. You can access the vehicle anytime during these periods.

 

4.0 EXTENSIONS

All usage outside of these periods will attract standard Private Member pricing. Extension charges will be billed on a weekly basis.

 

5.0 CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email and a text message every afternoon prior to 4:30pm to advise the name and location of your car. Preferred type of vehicle cannot be guaranteed, as this is subject to change based on availability.

 

6.0 CHARGING

You agree to return the vehicle with a minimum of 80% battery charge. You agree to charge the vehicle overnight at your home, or at a public fast charger, prior to returning the vehicle to its designated location with 80% charge, or to return the vehicle prior to 9am so it has sufficient time to charge to 80% charge by 9am. This is to ensure the vehicle is ready for service to other customers. Failure to return the vehicle with at least 80% battery charge at 9am may result in an additional fee of $49 (incl GST) and is at the discretion of Yoogo Share Limited.

 

7.0 CLEANLINESS

You agree to return the vehicle in a clean, tidy and litter-free condition. Any vehicle returned in a dirty or soiled state may result in an additional fee of $25 (incl GST) and is at the discretion of Yoogo Share Limited.

 

8.0 NEW DAMAGE

You agree to check the vehicle at the start and end of every Booking for new damage, and to report any damage to Yoogo Share either by App, Web or Phone as soon as is reasonably possible.

 

9.0 AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

Your Premier Membership to The Club will automatically renew after four weeks and payment for four weeks of Bookings in advance will be charged to your credit card.

 

10.0 CANCELLATION

Cancellation of your Premier Membership to The Club must be received by Yoogo Share, in writing, at least 1 week prior to the start of your monthly booking period by emailing share@yoogo.co.nz.

 

You can reinstate your membership at any time, however the Terms & Conditions including Rentals, Fees & Charges are subject to change and will be charged at the current rate at time of renewal.

 

11.0 RATE GUARANTEE

Your rate upon joining as a Premier Member of The Club will stay the same throughout the life of your membership so long as payment and membership remains uninterrupted from commencement. With the exception of clause 12.0.

 

12.0 HOLIDAY

The monthly subscription can be paused for a period of 4 weeks per calendar year under these Terms and Conditions of your membership subscription has been uninterrupted from commencement. This 4-week allowance cannot be transferred into another calendar year.

 

13.0 FAILED PAYMENTS

If payment is declined, all bookings will be cancelled, and the subscription placed on hold until payment is received in full. Any planned subscription Holiday may also be forfeited.

 

14.0 RENTALS, FEES AND CHARGES

An amount equaling four times the weekly charge will be charged to your designated credit card – PREMIER MEMBERSHIP - $99 per week - $396 per four week

 

15.0 NO-REFUND

No refund will be given if the Vehicle is not used at any stage during the 4-week pre-paid Booking period.

 

16.0 NON-TRANSFERRABLE

At all times you must ensure you are the person driving the vehicle, your Booking cannot be transferred to any other person.

17.0 SICK DAYS

A Member is entitled to 10 sick days per calendar year. A sick day is when a vehicle cannot be returned to its Hub due to a Member’s illness. If Yoogo Share is notified on or before the sick day by email at share@yoogo.co.nz or by phone 0800 467 4273 then the standard daily use rate will be reduced to $49 (incl GST) per sick day. This will be charged in addition to The Club Membership fee and will be processed at the time of notification. During each sick day a travel allowance of 50kms applies. Additional kilometers will be charged at standard rates. If Yoogo Share is not notified by email or phone on or before the sick day then standard fees will apply.

18.0 AMENDMENTS

Yoogo Share may vary these Terms and Conditions by putting the varied terms on its website. Bookings 7 days after the date of the publication of the varied terms will be subject to the variation, and the placing of the Booking shall be deemed to be an acceptance of such varied Terms and Conditions.
